Questions people ask
Do I need to fast for my test?
Some blood tests need you to fast, usually for 8–10 hours, and most don't. Ask when you book, so you don't make a wasted trip.
Can I get tests done without a doctor's prescription?
Yes for most routine tests. A doctor's advice helps make sure you have the right test, and you have the right to get tests done wherever you choose.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk in during OPD hours and register at the front desk. Booking a slot online or by phone means less waiting, and it lets the desk tell you if the doctor's schedule has changed.
What should I bring?
Previous prescriptions and test reports, a list of the medicines you take now, a photo ID, and your insurance or scheme card if you have one.
What will it cost?
Consultation fees and room tariffs are published on the fees page. Tests and medicines are billed at actuals, and you can ask for an estimate before any planned procedure.
Is the OPD open on Sundays?
OPD runs seven days a week. Individual doctors sit on set days, so check the doctor's profile or call the front desk before travelling.
