Call the front desk or request a slot online. Most packages need you to come fasting, so a morning slot is easiest.
Samples and tests
Blood and urine samples first, then any scans included in the package.

Collect them from the hospital, or ask for them to be sent.

Over 40
Blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol all tend to drift with age, usually without symptoms until something goes wrong.
A family history
If diabetes, heart disease or cancer runs in your family, screening earlier and more often is worth discussing with a doctor.
Already on treatment
For diabetes or blood pressure, periodic tests show whether the current medicines are still doing their job.
Before surgery
Pre-operative tests are routine before any planned operation, and are usually done here in one visit.
